The house is three stories comprising 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and
is fully furnished.
On the second floor, which we call "Mazzarda", is an open area, which
includes Kitchen, Dining and Family Room with a fireplace.
There is also an open terrace, with wrought iron balustrades, which
is large enough to use as an outdoor dining area.
From the balcony of the house, you can observe the picturesque
scenery of the mountains, particularly "Monte Petrullo" which is part
of the Italian Apennines.
Looking to the opposite direction you can see the original
archway called "Portella" with its historic chicloptic stones, which
is the entrance to the centre.
There is gas connection to the main, which supplies the stove and heating
radiators are located in every room. All cutlery, dishes and cooking
utensils are supplied for up to six people.
Conveniences include refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, drier
and television. The ground floor entrance has two tall traditional timber
doors, with two stained glass panels in the top half of each door. For
security, the stained glass windows are fitted with wrought iron bars.
There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and an ensuite to
the master bedroom on the first floor, both comprisinng toilet, shower
and bidet.
