Fondi is in the centre of a very historic region of Italy.
From the balcony of the house, you can observe the picturesque scenery of the mountains, particularly "Monte Petrullo" which is part of the Italian Apennines.
Looking to the opposite direction you can see the original archway called "Portella" with its historic chicloptic stones, which is the entrance to the centre. The house is close to many natural springs that supply water to locals. There are also many trails through the green mountains and hills surrounding Fondi, many of which are accessible by car, so that you can enjoy the splendid scenes of this town that is Fondi.
